People can't allocation about chase because association has conditioned us to anticipate that advertence things like ethnicity, race, etc is bad.

It's spam.  I would kill the account.  As someone who also owns forum I see a lot of this.  The point of the post was to get the link in his signature.  I wouldn't click the link by the way - could be malicious.

Not... J. is right. The link is a harvester of IP addresses. Every view of the link records Your IP, and that list is sold to advertisers. In this case I would guess scooter parts/sales. Could be any sort of sales tho. Some can be malicious implanting key board hooks or beacons. Most anti virus software cannot pick these up.
