Yeah, i had gotten the washers back in BUT the blue plastic washer was torn all to hell. I had even thought yesterday that MAYBE? that plastic washer going bad, MAY have caused the gear to shift giving the mis alignment, THEN that would explain the hole getting wallered out some?
I tried measureing MY hole vs the oem hole and it appears it was wallered out like .6mm? (from around 13.9 to 14.5mm)
WHY they install a plastic washer i'll never know. It KINDOF makes sense though, the blue plastic washer going bad, then that would give it the 1-2mm shift to cause the mis-alignment maybe?
It's kindof baffeling. I was expecting a broke gear, sheared, something not the input shaft being shaved.
That was DEFINATELY heart breaking to see. She seemed to be running pretty dam good
