What up guys..... I finally recieved my left case yesterday.. I have everything mounted up waiting on the sealer to dry some so i can finallly test for air leaks again....
This sure has taken way to long to complete but she should haul ass..  ;)
I'm also having a very hard time getting the color matched for powdercoating.. I wasnt thinking it'd be this difficult to match a kymco color... ::)..(powdercoat wise, not paint).
I hope to have this scoot fired and tuned this week but of course they are calling for rain on my end of the world this weekend.... >:(  ::)

What up ppl?.. Nobody here these days but i have an update.... She was finally able to crank up.... ;D ;D
I did have the oem carb/intake on it to start up..have a new oko 24mm carb/intake set up installed now and of course she wont start.. Somehow i must have flooded it out.. I keep soaking the plugs..(i di install a 120 mj, replaced the 107 back in now).. It has a 107mj,45pj..Anybody have any experiance with the oko carbs?

What up ppl? If anybody is interested, i finally got the zx fired. had a preignition issue but the needle, regaping the plug must have fixed this.. Here is a pic of what she looking like at this point.. of course the side panels are'nt on yet...lol

Update time again.......
Still waiting to get some pilot jets in so i can hopefully fix my "flat top end". Hitting around 55mph atm..
I do hope that with CORRECT carb,cvt tunning she'll be a bit closer to 60, hoping gears will actually top 60 BUT,idk yet stay tuned, same bat channel, same bat time... ;D  Pretty sure if i had the rs2 pipe i ma be hitting 60 easier... ::)

After i get her dialed in better, I get to tear the rear end off to install some 15/42 secondary gears AND hopefully to finally get my 7" stretch installed.(i have the mount bracket ready, just need to get shock mount placed).. I am hoping going down to a 38-40 pj will bring the carb back to max output

I had given "props" on another forum but BIG PROPS HAS to go out to "SHAKA", and "SIDTHESLOTH", 2 awesome guys i met on this forum in the beginning... I probably would have burned her by now if not for these guys... 2 members that are no longer with us deserve major props as well, And that would be the infamous "ZOMBIE" and "WORDSLINGER"... (i do still talk to word)... These 4 guys put up with alot of sh** from me in the beginning....they STILL put up with sh** from me, what am i saying?.. :D

Cool, you're getting there. I have just put the 38 pilot jet in mine and it feels better, less splutter on take off, will try raising the needle tomorrow and hopefully get some more power out of her. Going to work this morning, on a slight downhill, I reached what I think was my highest speed yet and had to back off for fear of over revving the engine.

wanna go fast get a better pipe leo vince suck ass ,find a scropion or arrow pipe and you wanna go all out like mines i have a 120 cc stoker water cooled fitted with taiwan black mani fitted with v force reed and exhust pg fatty pipe ,30 mm oko . it can go over 80mph easily
