Here ya go, stroker crank. My shiiping was probably higher than you will pay.
I quite like mine, though I think you will have to re tune your cvt to suit, but hey, what is tuning without a headache? :)

Hey sid, i ASSUME it was just one of those things :'(  All of it happened IN the driveway. I was heading down the drive and heard a hella noise. I thought the v bushing went out on the var, Seen the wobbly crank so i thought the bearings went.  ::) Boy, was i WRONG.. :o
I had found/seen a 44mm, I'd likie one of those. Wasn't but like 10-15$ above the oem. ;) Gotta get thru my daughters b-day coming up soon 1st. Gotta make sure i have the funds for her

In the for sale section there is a scooter with a broken crank. I think it was an agility 125.
EDIT: It was a Exciting 250 with the broken crank.

G'day batman, just looking at your bit about the broken crank, when you put new bearings on, did you heat the bearings and cool the crank to make an easier fitment? Just thinking that this might have created a weak spot on your crank and may be the cause of the break. Just a thought.

Hey sid, sorry i missed your post my friend....
Well, my install skills suck ass i think but yeah i had heated the bearings,etc... I had DROPPED the crank at one time and of course messed the install up and had to send it off to another forum member to "balance" it for me. I wonder if the metal wasnt comprimised at that point from the drop and the "balance". Either that or my skills one did it..lmao I just hope that i can fix her one day soon. I am going to try and sell an '09 aprilia sr50 and then i know i can get my parts....

Good to see you are still going to go with it. :) You have too many scoots mate, sell acouple and get bits for the ZX, yeah, yeah. I don't think dropping the crank would cause a fracture like that, my guess would be the hot bearing on the cold crank, now, I am no expert, that is just my thought.
To go off topic a bit, what would you recommend for a variator? I am getting sick and tired of sending scooter assassins money for those little nylon slides that only last a couple of weeks. I am going to need something that can handle the extra power of the upgrade.

Staying off topic for a moment, the slides I put in yesterday are buggered already, so am now on my last ones. When these are gone I will just let it flog itself to pieces while I wait for something better to turn up.

Yeah, you could be right..I was heating things up that day. ;D Oh yes, the z is still my baby. I  miss the hell out my z...
I know, i know, I do don't i?... :D. I needed a second scoot then, now i have to many. I would like to sell the aprilia sr50 and an exhaust for sure. Didn't you order yours (kit, etc.)from carlos?. I do hear various stories of the kits, some parts not being real good, but dam he does have some good prices.. :D
Well, luckily i was able to get the multivar. Those do seem to be the best out there. Even read about those being better than a polini(which you can find cheaper than malossi)
I wasn't impressed with S.A's rollers at all. I went on a ride with a set and when i got home, they were already getting flat spots!!!! The bushings must be made from the same stuff.. I definately would not order any more of those.. I think i have a set of oem bushings. I should still have a set from the var i got from him if you need them. I can look to see if the malossi bushings will fit his var here in alittle bit if you'd like.(the malossi are like $8).. Did you try those bushings from VT?

I found the rollers that came with the variator were strong, but the others werd rubbish. thanks, but this time I think it is time to spend some money and get a decent one. These bushes only lasted 20km, the SA clutch broke after 8km.

I had also gotten a var from SA, i still have those bushings that came with it.
His rollers aren't that great either...malossi is the best roller!!!!!

Yo boys! My bet is the C clip fell thru the trans port, got blown back into the cyl. thru the same port, and jammed on top of the dome causing an instant hard lock-up/ Look close at the cyl. head, and you may see the imprint from the C clip. I say this cause I have been thru 3 more pistons since I last posted. Twice I dumped bits of piston/rings out of the exhaust pipe, and once there were no bits left at all.(they just blew out the pipe) My head looks like it was hit w/ birdshot. But I decided enough is enough, and am going to do a complete rebuild w/ a Jiangwayne 72cc (48)mm kit, and all new bearings/seals. I will order my parts this week, and if you want to buy my used stock crank I may just go ahead and get the ribbed crank from them at the same time. I figure 30.00 bucks?.?  Also when jetting the carb. get your idle jet right first. that will get you to 1/4 throt. Keep the needle in the center slot. then tune the main to run at wot. Now you will have both ends covered, and the needle will tune your mid range. If you wind up being rich/lean (wot) after adjusting the needle, you will only need to tweak the main a few thousandths.  That is the only way I know. Thanks for all the love Bats!

"HOLY GRAVE ROBBERS BATMAN"......I AM JUST ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS THIS A.M. ZOMBIES DO LIVE...... WE ARE NOT WORTHY :D 8)
Me and word was talking about you AGAIN the other day.. We keep sending a pic of your scoot back and forth wondering.. :D shaka has rebuilt with malossi now(with several tickets in his possession now too :D)

You are close about the c-clip but it just absolutely dissappeared!! Had to have shot out the exhaust. There are NO marks from the c-clip anywhere and not in the cases.(never found ANY particles) But the dam wrist pin sure did a number on the cylinder tho! ;) By george i had a BAD ASS for a short time.l I did finally learn to build(not tune tho...lol),  you would have been proud of my annoying ass.. :D My S9 still hauls ass tho... :D

I forgot you had the "9". I am still keeping my eyes open for one. Love the styling on those. When I do my re-build I will be spraying mine candy black w/ candy yellow. It will be the most annoying bumble bee around. I just picked up an '05 Verucci w/ a GY6 4t in it, and that will be my spare. Keeping that Chinese P.O.S. stock tho. I like the porting you, and Sid did. I found you will need a bigger carb. tho(Bats). At least 24mm to take advantage of the breathing room. If you jack up the back wheel a properly balanced intake/exhaust system will allow the engine to rev to the point it will hand grenade. If you get to an rpm where it starts to sputter/rev no higher you still have a restriction in the breathing. Opening the ports only allows more mix in so you need a carb to keep up w/ the flow rate, and a pipe that can scavenge the exhaust at the same rate. Opening the ports w/ a 19/20mm carb may reduce performance because the air is choking in the carb, and falling, NOT flowing thru the case/cyl. Same as blocking 1/2 of the carb. on a stock set up. It is a balancing act to say the least. That is why I used a 28mm for so long. the next r pipe could not remove all the gases fast enough, and all my work seemed wasted.  Installed the rs pipe, and all is well. I have had an issue w/ pistons tho so That is why I am reducing my carb. to 24mm, and increasing my bore by 1mm (2cc). As it is right now I could rev it (unloaded) till it pops, and I am aiming to have the carb. be my rev limiter. I would like to see it choke out at 12,000 unloaded. Gots to tell you tho, 3+ years on the same cases/bearings/crank... Kymco F'n ROCKS. One day I just may learm to use paragraphs, but till then...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Hey z, thanks for looking at the thread. ;) Thank you for the kind words,i do like the port, etc work more than tuning.. :D.. Now if i could get the FINE tuning. :D
I did have a oko 24mm carb on the z.....I did jack up with rear with a S9 brakes/suspension/wheel upgrade. Gave me a 2" lift. ;)
There has been a few nice S9's on C.L lately but the price has been high.
Now you could go ahead and install a "44mm" crank and get 4 more cc out of the build. ;) :o 8) no machine work either on the cases. ;D
Oh yes, Kymco done agreat job on the crank, etc. for sure. Wish i hadn't broke mine. :'(
One day soon, i shall get to build again.(i still have the dream of a 122cc stroker ;D 8))

Way to go Bats. I kind of have mixed feelings about going thru the roof on cc's. It is super cool to build up, but the reliabilty falls too fast. Putting in a 125 engine, and tweaking that is a more reliable way to go. Just my opinion.
