Exhaust cam decompressor noise

Hi Everyone
I have Kymco 500i 2014 and just changed ex cam and rocker, all oem. And it simce that the
Ex cam decompressor opening valves (randomly) about 3000-4000 rpm and it is a sound like nut fall to the head.
Engine starts to chocke and loosing power . Sometimes it runns smoothly but majority with that dound. It is not very big rocket science to install ex cam but coul i do something wrong?
Is something i should know installing ex cam? All is perfect including timing. Please help
