That's the one thing I dislike about my new ('23) People S 150. The fuel tank is only 1.6 gallons. Supposed to get 80+ MPG, but it's still not broken in yet. I'm always topping it off way before the gage is that low.

that's 50% (½gal) more than the K-Pipe's 1.1 gallon, it is tiny even for the 125cc that sips about a gallon every hundred miles.

Worse bike I ever came across for range was a pal's Suzuki TL1000S which had a tank range of 90 miles max when used spiritedly!  We quickly learned where all the fuel stations were in remote areas.

BTW, when googling for the exact model number, I was reminded of the fact it became known as the "Widow maker":  The Suzuki TL1000S was introduced by Suzuki in 1997 in order to compete with the Ducati 916 in World Superbike Championship. A prominent journalist was killed on a TLS during a tank-slapping incident with his wife as a witness. This earned the bike its reputation of a widow maker.

(In a circular twist of fate, it was a Ducati 748 which my pal died on.)
Regards & ride safe,

I have a friend that used to have a TLS, lot of helium in the front tire, He ran out of gas in 75 miles once.

OK, I know I said I wouldn't, but I'm approaching the end of this tankful so I'm going for 220!  Any bets on it out there?  Should be able to let you know in about a week.

(I'm a wuss though so I've stashed a litre of fuel in the top case!)

a buddy and I used to see how far we could go in our old Company vans we used to drive. There's a special kind of thrill to see the needle pegged into the red zone below Empty! Go for it, Neil!

Hawk, you're a baaad influence!
Wasn't there a caution about running an EFI until empty?
Plus, overheating an in-tank fuel pump?
