Spotted a red 50cc Vespa today out on the road. I see a Vespa maybe every 18mos. Rider looked like he was about 300yrs old. I was going to tap a horn greeting to him - but was afraid it would knock him off the scooter!
And, we call it the BRITISH OPEN.
Watching them playing golf in the wind and rain today....and found myself thinking that's primo scooter riding weather!
