It's very quick! I have done a few accidental burn outs taking off from a red light. Had up to 70MPH on the highway and it was nowhere near max throttle. It supposedly has a top speed of just over 100MPH but I will probably never see it.
As far as the steering goes, it is a little more effort that a bike, but I'm getting used to it. A 2 wheel bike leans to the inside of the curve and you lean with it also to the inside The trike wants to lean to the outside of the curve and you have to lean against it to the inside. Definitely have to take the turns slower.
Potholes and road debris are a lot harder to avoid. If you can't go left or right around it you can try to aim so it is just inside one of the front wheels so it misses both the front and back wheels. I do end up rolling over more things than I do with my People.
