11 years ago they were a HTF OEM accessory.
My dealer could obtain the front fender bar - I tracked down the large piece which wraps the sides and rear by phoning dealers listed on the Kymco web site. ("dealer locater")
a few doz calls later I found the rear bars at a small dealer in TX - then came the task of convincing him to ship them to me! He didn't do mail order.
Call around - might be a set sitting in a Kymco dealer stock room.
good luck - never seen a set come up on eBay - other LIKE200i parts - but not the crash bars.
They are well made - well-chromed - do not rust!
