50cc to 80cc

Is it worth upgrading to 80cc

The head doesn't come included will the current ones which are on be fine?

If it is fine how much will it increase in speed?

I also need to do the drive boss bit is this part the correct one?

not worth it best thing to do is buy a 125. after you up grade you well be nickle and dimeing your self to death. I couse if you have the cash and like spending it go for it.

Call them up and ask.  Only way to know for sure.

you can file down the boss you have just make sure it good and smooth when done. make it all one size.

yeah i could grind down the boss to what length? it only 35 quid from 50 to 80 or will it cause problems in the long run? lol

Me my self I would just keep it a 50 and do the boss cdi and jet. too much is asking for it later.
but if you need a muffler anyways go for it.

The advantage of a LeoVince aftermarket exhaust is that they won't rust out. 

Those of us who ride in winter and deal with road salt find that the OEM muffler rusts out after a couple of years.

I'll be going with one probably later this year.  Not going for performance increase, just want something that will last.

How big of an icrease are you looking for?  I spent over $500 US on parts and labor adding a bigger jet, UNI filter, 72cc upgrade...

I only got about 5-8 mph increase, maxing me out at about 38-40mph gps verified on the flats.  If you need 15-20mph increase then you need a bigger bike.
Im usually on a bicycle, so for me, this thing is hauling ass!

They rust out even without salt... and after a couple of years, it is time for a new scoot anyway (and if you have 50 cc, even more so. :) ).

Maybe after 2 years it's time to buy another scoot so you have more than one to ride?
