Hi.Can someone tell me how to turn on hazard warning lights on my agility city 125?

These all seem to be the usual handlebar mounted switchgear for the UK market?  In fact, never seen this type of set up over here!

Many lower priced (small engined) scooters do not have 4-way hazards in the USA.
I just put my curb-side turn flasher on when stopped.
