MXU 300R carburetor adjustment

Hello, recently I replaced in my MXU 300R the carburetor. Could anyone give me please an advice, how to adjust fuel mix?

AFAIK (pls see pic) the only adjustment on this carb can be made in this opening (red arrow) with a special D-screwdriver.

Second regulation is with the idle wheel (black handle) to adjust your air intake.

Yes I know that. But I don't know the procedure to adjust the fuel mix

Assumed motor is running?
If YES
-turn the throttle adjuster (black knob wheel) on slack
-turn D-screw 1 1/2 turns out (appr 1300 rpm)
-turn throttle adjuster at rpms desired
