Burning Smell

I have a new GV and have noticed more and more a very acrid, burning smell predominately from the right side. There is less than 75 miles on my scooter and am afraid something is going wrong. Is this normal?

I had 350 miles on mine and never had a burning smell. Better check it with the dealer before you get in real trouble out in the boonies some day.

I talked to the dealer and he said that the smell is common in new engines and not to worry. I have noticed is has abated some, I'll have them check real close during the first service.
