New dealership in Atlanta area?

I just saw this ad for a scooter shop in Atlanta while browsing the Kymco website. Have never been there, but it might help some of you in the Atlanta area. Anyone know if this is a new business or a renamed one that has been out of business and reborn?

Twist n Scoot has been around for years and is a very respected Scooter shop with two locations in Atlanta. They're great for service, sales and gear.
