It compares the Yamaha XMAX to the Grand Dink 300 (aka the Downtown 300). The XMAX is the baby 250cc TMAX. It apparently has a large underseat storage case. The TMAX has a relatively small underseat.
Remember that the translator may choose a different word than you are used to seeing. One I remember is it used "announces" in place of "publishes" in one sentence about the horsepower ratings that different manufacturers "announce/publish".
