need help bad

okay so im in the middle of my 150 swap got motor in need to wire it up

my scoot is a 08 a50 motor is from a roketa mc17 150

problem the a50 stator has 3 wires white yellow and a blue with yellow tracer

donor motor has 5 wires got to check on the colors but anyway can i buy a stator for a 150 with 3 wires or just leave two diconnected

also will i have to use my cdi or the one from the donor bike please help i need it lol

Do that big of a swap you may have to do a new wire harnes swap to. I think you may have a extra gound wire or one that gos to the cdi box.  im not sure on this but you can trace all the wireing to see wear they go. it may just that you have to find out wear all the extra wires go. wireing a scoot can be a real pain wish you luck. tri to find the wireing diagram for the 150 and go from there.

found the diagram from the donor but you cant blow it up to read it

what i did do was cut out the entire wiring harness from the donor and looked at the diagram from the a50. found some things in comon shouldnt be to bad

talked to scooter mike from scooter tronics he said that i will have to go with the donor cdi cause the kymco one is dc not ac. found out there not to far from me either.

anyway i guess i got some more work and more parts to order wish me luck
