Remove vario cover, check the belt and then the clutch.

With the scooter on main stand, removed vario cover and engine running you should see the rear wheel spinning - or why not.
May be it seems to work fine trying on center stand, but there is not enough force tranferred to the rear wheel for real driving/acceleration. Clutch slipping or engine weak.

KG,

When you removed the CVT cover and started the bike... and rev'd the engine... What did you see?

LOL!  If everything was fine it would work.  ;D

Here's what we need to know:

On the centerstand, with the Variator cover off, and the engine revving:
- Does the front pulley move?
- Is the belt moving?
- Is the rear pulley moving?
- Is the rear tire moving?

From there, we can point you in the right direction!

cheers for all the replys, and yes all of that is working...it is hard to explain over this forum without you seeing it, but when i pull the throttle all the way back, it revs but only moves a little, then it will just pick up again, sounds like something is slipping?
cheers guys

I'd take the clutch off and look for worn out pads or binding pivot points on the pads.  The other thing to do is a compression check on the engine.  As ts1 said, it would seem to be either in the clutch or else a weak engine.

Best Case:  Clutch problems - Take it off and make sure everything moves as it should.  This would be my current bet.

Worst Case:  Your differential is destroyed - With the variator cover off, and the motor off, rotate the back tire by hand.  What does the rear pulley do?

In one of K God's previous posts he was having trouble with the rear brake . Is it possible that he may have over adjusted the rear brakes resulting in the rear wheel not turning when the motor is reved ? Good luck .

when it is on the3 center stand and i rev it, the rear wheel moves completely fine

possibly the rollers stuck inside the variator and not pushing the variator sides together? I don't think you mentioned whether or not the variator was moving in and out with the belt moving to the outside diameter of the variator. :-\
