Carb cleaning
« on: April 18, 2011, 07:09:17 PM »
What does this entail? Removing the bowl, cleaning the jets? What else? I am going to be doing this on an Agility 50. I assume it would be the same for both. I'm hoping all those damn hose/tubes will plug into the same spots as I will be looking at my A125 as a guide. I'm assume the carbs are different sizes but will be the same in everything else. By the way I'm buying a used 09 A50 that has been sitting in a garage for over a year with, you guessed it, gas in it and no seafoam.

You've about got it.  Pull out all the jets and clean everything VERY thoroughly.

I haven't done this myself, but you can't have a better 'guide' then the 125.. they're virtually the same,
and also the 150cc (all GY6 engines).
