There is no such things as "Super 9"! if you've bough it off the interent either on bike trader or ebay, they say its super 9, there is no such thing, there is only a "Super 8" available

There is a super 9 you idiot. It is a 2t 50cc liquid cooled scooter made by Kymco and is available in the U.S..

I looked up the bgm variator kit from scooter central
https://www.scooter-center.com/scoweb/pages/productdetail.grid?product=288621637472368&category1=A&category2=CAT&lang=en
and the spring that has 'snapped or is not closing' would probably give you the symptoms you report.

Maybe you should replace the spring or put the old one back on. My manual shows it to be a pretty quick fix. If you need the manual I would be glad to refer you to axy who is in charge of distributing manuals on this forum. just kidding axy. I have the manual if you need one for the s9. Mine is a 2009 air cooled model, not the liquid cooled model which was discontinued because it was too fast. I think.
Pretty nice kit for 55 bucks btw. :)

Sorry my friend, but I'm not getting something in translation.
Are you saying that you think the torque spring in the bgm variator is defective?
Can you see that it has snapped?
If so, is there a warranty on the part?

Couldnt help but reply to this???????????????????????/
UHHHHHH, hey dude, they ARE STILL MAKING THE KYMCO SUPER 9... Kymco started the s9 in like 2000 and now they only offer the air cooled version here in the states anyway.... 07 was the last yr for the L.C version.. I have mods on my zx from a 2009 KYMCO SUPER 9..
Anyway, yep they are great scoots, i just built my 05 L.C and she is an absolute BEAST.  ;)

HEy man, i havent heard of that var kit, But if you suspect the contra, I'd go for a known brand.. I am fond of the malossi products all the way.(just dont order from malossiusa). ;)
