Hello, i have a kymco people 50 2t but it's accelerating very slow and the top speed is about 40-45km/h.
I wonder what i can do to fix the problem i don't want it to go over 45 but i want it to become a bit stronger.

Need a little more info. Has it been ran regularly or has it been sitting? How long have you had it? Have you replaced the belt recently? If not check that. Your cvt may still be restricted but if you dont want to go over 45km/h thats fine doesn't hurt acceleration. uhhhh..... Spark plug been replaced recently? Just some simple things to check to start with.

I was told the 02 people 50 was not restricted but I can't confirm that . You could have degraded gas . I put fresh gas with 1 oz per gal seafoam additive . Good luck .

If you use a ashless synthetic 2 stroke oil it may never need it again . Good luck .

Also check the exhaust port in the cylinder for carbon build up.
