Windshield install I swear to god it's impossible

Wife bought me this for 09 People 150.

No instructions. Literally makes zero sense. Can't find anything on the Internet. Any help out there?

 It's a mirror mount screen like mine. http://www.slipstreamer.com/1page_Scoot_30-40-50-66.pdf  Hopefully that shows up on your computer. If not look up Slipstreamer scoot 66 mounting instructions.
