what protection do you guys use

when i get my moped i have a new road helmet, riding jacket (padded), and leather gloves. what do you guys use? ive seen what happens when you get road rash and its not pretty.

Full face helmet, Dri Rider air ride jacket with removable liner, gloves, leather boots. When going out of town for a longer ride, I also wear padded touring pants and Dri Rider boots, don't recall the model of them. Have just bought a leather jacket a couple of weeks ago, but have not worn it yet.

In Michigan there is no helmet law but I do wear one and that's about as far as my protection goes. My girlfriend doesn't like the look as much when I'm wearing protection.

But will she still like your looks after you involuntary test the friction coefficient between road and skin perhaps some day ?

Don't forget the boots by the way, according to some studies on motorcycle related injuries they're more important than you might think.

i never used boots, although when riding mx drifiting a corer i planted my foot hard into the ground and it really hurt. i suggest a jacket because i prefer my flesh attatched to my bones

Scorpion exo 200 jet helmet, standard scooter gloves+ alpine stars touring, ixs riuga jacket,
kidney belt, knee protector

I wear a full face helmet, gloves, leather 1/2 boots, a good jacket and jeans.

 :o   Well...... I wear a "skull cap" style helmet...(it's been with me a LONG time,2 harleys,2 crotch rockets, and now 5 kymcos in the yard..... :D
