so i'm new to kymco and just got one and am looking to find a oil filter? on my quannon 150 dose it even have one or am i blind and missing it somewhere ? 
There isn't an oil filter.
It's an oil strainer. Clean it once a while, thats all. Or don't clean it. Unless you put sand in your oil. Then clean it.
If you look at your owners manual (if you have one) it tells you all you need to know. If not, post stuff on random forums and hope someone answers you. hehe
