Fellow 125cc riders

Although I fully intend to soon upgrade to a Maxi, I currently ride a 125 Agility. How many other 125 riders are out there??? It is a rather odd size, but I know there has to be more than just me.....

I'm here! I just got my Agility 125 two days ago, got the insurance today and will get the registration and plate tomorrow. Sadly, I'm in Royal Oak, Michigan and riding season is mostly over. There is hope however, the temperature is going to hit 40 or so on Sunday, they say. That will be a good day with what looks to be a great scoot.

You know what? It IS a great scoot. I love the power, the sound and the suspension. That front brake is mighty! Boy, I can't wait for spring. Seems a long way off now though...

Hey, just joined the forum today, been checking things out.  I got an Agility 125 last spring and drove it all last summer and fired it up a couple weeks ago to get ready for this spring.   I've been very happy with my agility and have started looking for a scooter for my wife.
One of the bike shops around here has a 2005 ZX50 I'm thinking about picking up for my wife.

Actually, I noticed that someone has linked a youtube video of mine showing my Agility125... :)

Thanks for the welcome!  I'm just starting to look into de-regulating it.  I'm not sure about the rev-limiter on mine (if there is one).  I'm going to search around more on this site but if you know of a resource i'd appreciate it.

This is the video that some one had embedded in the Agility125 section under the videos thread.

I got my 125 off ebay from a guy near Paw Paw, Michigan. It had 125km and was $900. A sweet deal for sure. I just had it serviced out here in the SE at a place called K&W cycle in Utica. They are more of a motorcycle dealer (and Kymco), but they took care of me just fine. I LOVE Scoot Around Town, but they are on the edge of the earth from where I am, so I don't get to see them so often. They are enlarging their presence at Auto Europe in Birmingham, so I will have to check them out there soon.

No clubs for me yet, but when my slightly used Bajaj gets here I'm going to rock it with the Rovers. I'd be open to a local ride anytime though, so lets ride!

Hello all!

Just picked up my 125 today from Philadelphia Scooters.  I am very impressed so far.  I had to ride it home with 0.5 miles on it.  I drove through the city and then out some open suburban roads for about 22 miles total.  For a scoot to be so spanking new, I was VERY impressed with the power.  I had owed many scooters over the last 12 years and this one could be my favorite (and the price was great too).  I owned an Aprilia SR 50 (50cc 2 stroke) and also a Piaggio BV-200 (200cc- w/16" wheels) and so far the Agility 125 is a great fit for me.  I can't wait to put more miles on her and see how much (if any) performance comes after the first oil and gear-oil change.  They say after the engine breaks in and it "loosens up" it will have a a bit more torque.

Great to be on this forum and be safe out there everyone.

Picked up my Agility 125 today.

I really want to find out more technical details about the engine. It appears by looking at stroke and bore info that it's the same motor as the People 125.

There are a lot of tweaks that can be done if it's a standard GY6 engine.

Congrats on the scoot.  i think you'll like it.  it really has some nice power for being a 125cc.  I am still taking it easy during the break in but I am happy with what it is able to do so far.  i have done some searching but have not been able to find and concrete info for the Agility 125 specifically.  I think you are right in that this is a very close version of the GY6 so there should be some nice mods out there.  Good luck with the Agility.

Greetings. I recently test drove a preowned Agility 125 that was for sale on local cl. I took a very short test ride and instantly noticed how mushy the rear drum brake was. I litarally had to squeeze like hell to get it to slow down. I guess Im spoiled by my Super 9's rear disc. I was impressed by the power though. Nice sound and pick up. Put a rear disc on it and Id buy one. Just my 2c.
