Well I finally got my Isotta. Here's a picture of it vs the stock one;

First thoughts, super calm air but have to look through it (and I got the smaller one) OK as long as it
doesn't rain!

Noticed a desirable side effect today. The air was cool on my ride home but my hands were warm!
The screen routes the engine heat to your hands. With my fingers extended the whole finger was
being warmed up!

I also noticed the scoot needed 500 RPM's less to hold a given speed.

So Randy. It would seem that the windshield is very aerodynamic if it takes less rpm to maintain a given speed. If that truly is the case then you should get better gas mileage also. Check it out. I just got an email from Austria with a tracking number for my Isotta screen. Hope I get it within the next week or so. I just hope that the wind pushing against the screen doesn't cut back on performance.

Bought a Puig windshield through my local Kymco dealer. It was my second choice to the FACO screen. The Puig part is 4539W. I'll get pics once I've fitted it to the scooter (hopefully tonight).

Fitted the Puig to the bike, but did not ride it. Initial impression is that it is not simply plug 'n play. The Puig screen is thinner than the stock screen and doesn't use the mounting screws that pass through the dash. The grommets from the original screen are to be re-used, but they are rather loose in the screen. The metal fittings that pass through the grommets are too tall, and prevent the mounting screws from pressing against the grommets. As a result, the screen mount is rather floppy. It doesn't follow the contour or the dash very well either, flares out at least 1/2" per side at the back of the dash, bends the black trim piece out and doesn't fit as cleanly as I'd have expected for the "Kymco approved" windshield to fit.

I'm ordering spare parts so I can try to tweak the mounts and try to make it fit more snugly to the base of the dash. Failing that, I'm going to look into heating and re-shaping the base of the screen a little so it will fit right. For now, the stock screen is back on. I'll report once I get the darn thing to fit right.

So has anyone bought and mounted up that OEM/PUIG screen?
It looks the smallest and I like that.
got any pics besides this stock one found?

We got the Puig and a FACO, and the FACO is very tall, but extremely stable. The Puig is very easy to mount, but it doesn't have any support like the FACO.
The rider is 5'8" and can barely see over the top of the FACO, but she prefers it. It appears to lose a couple of MPH with the FACO though.
Been riding for a very long time.

Thanks! The Faco can now be on ebay shipped to the US for $135.
The Puig can be found for $10 more on Amazon.

I think we are going to go with the shorter Puig and then add a Laminar Lip or Puig adjustable top wing.
http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/puig-clip-on-windscreen-visor
Even though more $ than the Faco along laminar flow is THE key to smooth air.
I would use a Givi Airflow system if one was avail as I use that on other scoots and bikes and laminar air flow is the only way to roll vrs a big barn door of a screen with back pressure on the back side. MRA also makes a clip on and bolt on version of this too. I like then how you can fine tune and adjust the airflow per need vs just accepting the height and flow of a fixed shield.

If the Puig shield does indeed flex too much, I'll rig up some brackets.
In the summer it's nice to have airflow from the stock shield and the Puig would be used for colder weather riding.

Hello guys,
I wanted to check if these Isotta models are both compatible with my 2015 Dink200i.

http://www.euronetbike.net/is-sc2724.html

Are they both good to try?

Sure looks like the 125i is built exactly like the 200i.
I think the medium listed is the exact one MotoRandy posted a pic above.

I like the medium better. Great hand and body coverage in the cold/wind.
Price is great as Euro is almost par.
Under $100 shipped to US.

The PUIG/Kmyco one is $50-60 more and does not include mount supports.

If too tall cut it down.
I think a cut down and a laminar lip added will give you great air flow.

How many inches taller is this then the top of the stock shield?
