Kymco Super 9 Ac 2001 Tuning options?
« on: October 09, 2011, 04:50:40 PM »
My wife got her self a Kymco Super 9 ac 2001 modell

And since i have to use it sometimes i wanted it to go faster!

This is my setup:
-Hebo Manston Replica Cylinder
-Tecnigas Silent Pro Exhaust
-Original Carburator with 90 main jet
-Malossi Variator
-MetrakitK Pro Race Clutch
-Hebo Clutchbell

And my question is:
What CDI can I buy?
Is the Tecnigas Silent Pro Exhaust too small for my setup?
Is it any other modifications i can to with the carburator?

Any other modifications that i should do?

I had ordered my cdi from SA,
Did you install an open air filter?
I think expansion chambers are a better choice for exhaust..
Supposedly the A.C has different gearing than the L.C model. That of course is always an option for you also... :D

I bought a new CDI after I upgraded to a 70 kit, didn't notice the rev limiter on the stock CDI until I did the BBK upgrade.

Anyway I got this one;

I know it says 4T 150cc engines, it was recommend to me and was skeptical at first. Plug and play and works great.
