People S 250 rear splash board
« on: October 16, 2011, 08:45:10 PM »
let me post this over here..

The rear splash board on my People S 250 got ripped and fell off.  I got a new one but can't figure how to mount it. I didn't see how it was mounted originally. It somehow goes over the rear inner fender.

The part # is 80103-LDH1-E000, Plate A splash board.

Any one with an S 250 I would appreciate the help. A picture would be nice.

heres what it looks like, it is a rubber piece.

Dang, I've called 4 Kymco Dealers and no one has a people S 250 in stock.

If one of the S 250 owners on this forum could look at their scooter and see if there is a rubber flap hanging down between the rear shocks to the fender  and how it mounts, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

I think you just tie it with two nylon cable ties.

I got it figured out. It does not use ties. there are two slots in the rubber guard that slide up on two prongs that stick down from the cross frame just inside the top rear shocks.
Thats the only way it looks like it will work.

Thanks for everyone's help.
