I just received an order for a device made in the U S that weighs a few grams. I payed them 19.95 for shipping and handling. When I received the package I was charged another 12.35 shipping COD. If you deal with them you WILL get ripped off on shipping charges! They didn't seem to care when I told them I was going to share my experience with others.

Did you intend for the package to be COD?  Which courier was used to ship the item?

I prepaid, USPS to Canada post. The item was shipped to a company in BC which reshipped it to me. I purchase a lot in the US and have items mailed directly to me with out his extra step and cost.

Not UPS that is an automatic $20.00 handeling every time. I never deal with them.

Sounds like you got screwed.  I don't understand why it was shipped to a 3rd party in Canada and not directly to you but either way, no bueno.
