Sea-Foam in our 2004 Kymco People 50

Today we tried some Sea-Foam. Since we had only half a tank of gas, I put in just 1/2 oz of Sea-Foam.
Recently the Kymco has not been starting well, and also it has been sputtering at early take-off. Within 5 minutes of running today.....the motor ran smoother and also took our big hills here in NM much faster. It was an amazing display.....in such a short time.
I am now a Sea-Foam believer.

Remember that Sea Foam is also a gasoline stabilizer, so you can use it all winter and prevent varnishes building up.
We usually use Sta-Bil for gas stabilization because it is cheaper, and then use Sea Foam in the Spring & Fall.
Happy Thanksgiving

I was also trying to buy Star-Tron, which they say gives amazing results. But when I went to Walmart I could not find it in the automotive section. It turns out they sell it in either the sports, boating, or garden section.
I still intend to try it this winter...but I have to buy some first.

I also find Star-Tron at one of my local motorcycle repair shops for a dollar less than Walmart. Yeah, at Walmart it'll be in the marine section around the boat accesories etc.

Anybody ever try a combination of perhaps Se-Foam and Stabile/Startron? . For the past 4 years I have added Stabil AND Startron to my 135hp Yamaha 2 stroke Outboard ....it would sit for 4 1/2 months and kick right over in the spring ! Just a thought...

Seafoam by itself works fine for me , as an additive and a stabilizer , going on 4 years now . Good luck .
