Promblems with my xciting 500

First of all sorry for my bad english.
Hope someone here can help me. The maximum speed of my scooter is  aprox. 120 km/h. It last long to get there. The acceleration is also bad. Things i know: the belt is slightly under the measurement it should be and the aluminum drive pulley has a mark 5mm from it's outer diameter. I have the dr. Pulley rolls build in. But before i will repair the belt and other parts i want to know if it possible to fix the problems by doing this or there is an other problem. Can i get help from anybody. Thanks

Carbureted 500 or injected 500i or evo 500i? Which year of manufaction? Kymco had changed the size of rollers/sliders during the years!
Where is the mark on the drive pulley. Did the belt topple over the edge - hit something where it shouldn't touch? Or something else travelled into the vario and scratched?
120kph on the speedometer or according to GPS-Navi?
Which Dr.Pulleys (exactly!) do you have, something like SR2822/6-28!?

Did your scoot behave wrong with original rollers too?
If only with the Pulleys: sudden beginning with their assembly or (slowly) evolving?

Have you already asked Dirk Diestel (Dr.Pulley specialist from Taiwan) or Stefan Zipperer (Kymco Germany)? (Both have own forums dedicated to Dr.Pulley respective Kymco, in German language.)

I have the carbureted 500. When i became the scooter 2 and a half year ago the top speed was by 145 km/h. It became worser with the original pulleys so i decided to use the dr pulleys. I bought it by dirk in Taiwan. I know the forums. The mark on the drive pulley is only on the machine side. 5mm from the outer edge. Aprox. 1/2 mm deep and 2 mm wide. The dr pulleys have stolen me 5-10 km/h in t max. But it became worser and worser. The 120 is with tachometer. Gps is a little bit slower

I would check
- the diaphragm for disruption (easy through the maintenance lid in the storage compartment, 4 screws and the cap is off).
- the compression (garage work).

How can i check the compression by my self?

You have to borrow or get a compression gage. You remove the spark plug, screw in or install the gage in the spark plug hole, push the start button, let it crank for a few seconds to build pressure, and look at the gage. This will give you the reading of your compression. I agree on checking the carb diaphram, and I would adjust the valves when you check the compression.

I agree you should check the carb diaphram.  A member here just replaced the carb diaphram and cured symptoms similar to yours.   

In addition, I would advise you to take the variator off and look at the triangular slide pieces, the sliders themselves, the boss, and the bushing in the movable face.  If any of these is worn badly your power will go down.  There may be some noise and excess heat in the transmission case as a symptom.  My sliders were ruined because of completely worn out boss and bushing.

I think some small or gentle groove in the pulley face is not too serious.

Check compression if none of the above cures the problem.
