Guys, the Agility 50 is originally made with a 80ccm engine, so therefore the carburator and exhaust is made to the 80ccm engine, although they sell the 50ccm engine to western countries. ALL of the bike is made to the 80ccm engine, so the stock carb should be enough, unless you want even MOAR power from it ;D
   Wow thats the frist I herd this . I f this is true how can we tell if we have a 50 cc or a 80 cc.

Im getting told this all the time on a forum which aren't even specialized in agilitys. :D
So far, i haven't heard of anyone who mistakenly have received an 80ccm engine from the factory, when they live in a western country, but the only way to be totally sure is, to measure the engine. :)

Perhaps. I change parts to get the most clean combustion, and use the power, that the engine is already capable of most efficient. Not to get more power, but to use the power that is already in it.

..never heard of an 80 oem agility...125 for sure...not an 80...

..imma have to research that...

I will ask the guys on the other forum for where they've heard this, so i can investigate it further. :)

Hey guys! I just started messing w/ a 4t 139qmb. First thing was a 50mm kit w/ head. The stock vacuum carb should be tossed right away. I am using a 19mm delorto slide carb from an old 2t, and it works like a champ. The ONLY draw back is if you "snap" the throttle full open there is a split second bog due to no accelerator pump. If you ride smooth you will never know this. Adding a pipe will look/sound good, but no real help there. Ohhh the intake from a 125 qmb engine will work, or you can burn off the rubber on your stock intake. The rubber will flake off when toasted, and you will have a new aluminum intake to adapt any carb you want to it. Bottom line is a slide type carb 19mm-24mm will be the ticket. Jetting is anyones guess. I have a 40 pilot, and 95 main in mine. 53-54mph top. 6gr rollers/stock clutch setup. A good long term help for the kit is to drill oliers in the wrist pin bosses, and mirror polish the dome. The rough cast dome will hold carbon until it becomes a problem. ps. I am using Castrol Syntec straight 30 weight for this engine. It spins up like a sewing machine!

Hey guys just realized that I got a replacment carb when i ordered the kit it is a 19mm intake on it here is a link

My question is will this be big enough or should I go with this??   or should I order the 24mm?
I just dont want to do all the tweeking for this one if it is not going to be worth it.

what size is the stock carb. the 24mm is for the 125 scoot but yet it looks like it might even work on a 50 never know tell ya try.

what kind of air filter and pipe are you useing with that the 20 mm carb and well it work ok with stock air box and pipe.

I am using the stock intake, except for removing the rubber coating from it. Once the rubber is off you basicly have a "pipe" sticking out of the engine to attach ANY fuel proof hose to as your new coupler. The biggest problem w/ the vacuum carb is ethanol. The rubber diaphragm swells reducing the throttle response. That is why I suggest a slide carb. I also use a mechanical choke as there is no guessing if it is working or not
