Right. All you need is a flat head screwdriver and the right size allen wrench. You don't need to take off the calipers. Might need to squeeze or push/pull the calipers to get enough room to slide the new pads in.
Find the slotted screw on the caliper and take it out. (it's just a cap) Then take out the allen head screw which is revealed underneath that. Pull down and maybe jiggle the pads and they'll come out. The thin clip that keeps em from vibrating around will probably fall out at that time too. Pay attention to how it goes. (arched end goes over the allen screw that you took out)

I'm going to be putting new pads in soon too. Trying to research them a bit. Might get ceramic. My current pads/rotors are pulsing pretty bad and sanding the pads hasn't helped. Gosh I hope my rotors aren't warped.
