Prob too late this yr but next yr try BeWiser for a quote, better to call cos they reduced mine when i said it was too high.

I did call bewiser just to get a quote to get an idea as my insuirer wont cover it but they aske what exactly im getting modifide i just said i dunno i just know its getting full de restricted so will go about 10mph fast n mentions about a boss getting relpaced! they r refering it to the tech team before giving me a quote which they r gonna call me in 24 hours time so will let u know there quote

You would think your the 1st ever person who has tried to insure a de-restricted scooter? Insurance companies 

Maybe why thats most folk dont bother telling them? Cos its not worth all the hassle? Good luck

I THINK MY BIKE IS A 2005 NOT A 2006 DOES THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO ANYTHING SAID BEFORE ABOUT CDI CUTTING, BOSS DRIVE AND JET CARB TO 82 SIZE???

Im hoping my next door neighbour will do it for me as he is a mechanic but not on bikes so im just trying toget us much info as possible to show him! iv googled main jet 82 which was mentioned previously i had to get fitted can you guys confirm if this is the exact item iv put a link to it below

also i was looking more into CDI box i know you need to cut it but is there an other option such as buying a different CDI box? link below also

Old people's minds tend to wander. (referring to the other old folks here) The standard boss is the one. If you can cut or have it cut down to 36mm (length) it will gain you a few mph by giving a longer reach for the belt. Standard boss is 38mm

if the standard is 38mm but should get cut to 36mm does it mean the one in the link is 2 short as only 28mm
