If you phone bikerite they can order you one in. Just say you want to derestrict an Agility 50 and need the 82 main jet and a smooth boss for your year model. Check what size your wheels are by looking at the tyre 1st cos you get 10" & 12" wheels, mine is 12" on my 2008, will say on tyre anyway.

I found bikerite sold me the wrong jets, twice, correct size hole but wrong diameter threads so it didnt fit my carb. I think they wanted me to panic and take it in instead of doing it myself tbh. I ended up taking out my old jet and taking it in to make sure the new one matchef in diameter.

You could try these guys if bikerite cant get it- http://www.chinesemotorcyclepartsonline.co.uk/ Prob better to phone them cos they dont list all the Agility parts they sell. Bikerite should sell them tho since they fit them.

If you still cant get them either of those places then there is always Taipai Scooter Assassins but then it comes from Taiwan so takes around 2-3 weeks for delivery so Bikerite is prob youre best bet.

..you need the 38mm boss...

..i have experimented with boss lengths some..

..even bought a Naraku boss tuning kit...

..it's amazing what difference a few thousandths will make in cvt setup..
..every mod (action) necessitates a (reaction) mod..

Sorry Gaz, my mistake it isnt bikerite its ride on glasgow, heres a link http://www.ride-on-motorcycles.co.uk/ . I get them confused all the time. Ride On 100% do it cos they are kymco dealers, my scoot originally came from there a long, long time ago.

Did you try billthebiker? I would guess hes prob much the same price anyway but you could try him. You could also try google for local bike repair or mot stations, its not a big or hard job so anywhere should do it. Just point out you want the boss changed and a 82 main jet changed too and they should get you a price, there may be somewhere nearer to you?

Hes a good guy and a good mechanic but he isnt too good at calling you back so emails will prob be worse, better to call him or you may have a long wait. In the past hes given me advice and help for free where he could easily have told me to book it in charged me. His labour should be lower than ride on anyway i think.
