..just so happens, i have an old, worn oil pump that dont need its gears anyway...


..how much per gallon should i mix with this 75cc, and what's the best sh**??

That's all the work that will make it last. I've been using Golden Spectro Synth for 46 years. For easy #'s just mix it 2oz per gallon. That's 32:1. You can order it in cases for about 6 bucks a bottle. They are the best imho

That's awsome. You might see if he will give a case discount cause it can sell for 12.99 qt. The MX Synth is the same oil as the scooter oil w/ higher octane/burn temp. almost too much for scoots. You just need to repack the silencer more often cause it leaves more oil. OR remove/empty the silencer. The later will require (1) clip richer in the carb. How did the last piston in there die?

..that faulty oil pump i mentioned before..

..it leaked, and i didnt notice it before it was too late...

..remember, i ride 40 miles a day...lol...pretty much wot all the way...

..oem, with k&n filter, and a 748 belt this 02 would peg the speedometer easily...

That's hot sh#t! The new kit will give MAYBE 5mph above that from the xtra cc's but it will get their alot quicker. Get into gears for it to take advantage of the torque gain. Then you may have a 55-60mph cruise, and 70top. Alot safer than a ZX too!

..the dome of the piston was not burned, not at all, nowhere around its perimeter...rings failed top and bottom of cylinder orientation...underneath side of piston dome was "cooked" black oil...cylinder scored badly on top and bottom...
