Very happy today with new 2012 Yager 200i
« on: February 18, 2012, 11:18:34 PM »
Hey Y'all.  I used this site and all of your posts to help me decide on buying a Kymco Yager Scooter.

I shopped around for a while and then ran across this new 2012.  The dealership was "getting out" of the scooter business and gave me a REALLY great deal.

So I hauled it home in a trailer, filled it up with gas and rode around all afternoon.

I had a lot of fun.

Thank y'all

David

I did it and I'm glad.

@zombie  Thanks :-)

As terrific as the dealership was, they must have put about 2 ounces of gas in the tank.  It took 2.4 gallons to fill it up.  The bike had about 1 mile on the odometer.

So I'm being real carful filling up the tank and I'm noticing this guy in an SUV that is waiting on me to finish.  As I finish up and begin to pull away, he gives me a thumbs up.  That was cool.

I had to pass one driver on a 45 MPH road.  They were poking along at about 42 or something.  I wondered as I passed them, how it felt to be passed by a scooter.

Do any of you guys here give the hand out wave to motorcyclists?

I did it and I'm glad.

South Carolina actually.  Born in Michigan but raised here.  This state has some "catchin up" to do but there is a tiny little light at the end of the tunnel.  I just hope it's not a train.

Now I need the best hard case I can find.

Has anyone ever heard of an exhaust mod on a Yager?

Later,

Dave
