speaking for myself only, though, I would say that my top 3 worries are as follows:

1. Idiots that are driving their car and texting while giving the road zero attention.
2. Pot holes. They're everywhere here. It may look like I'm having a great time sliding my scooter all over my lane (I am actually lol), but the top reason is survival.
3. Roadkill. Sometimes you reach a stretch where you're weaving around roadkill like traffic cones.

The guy behind is only considered when coming to a quick slow down or sitting at traffic light/stop sign. Because if you're going to run me over, at least give me the respect of doing it to me where I can see you coming! Lol

Today an old guy (Not as old as me) in a Beemer almost got me coming off the Walt Whitman Bridge.  He almost merged me off the road.  I was coming home from picking up some Phillies mugs.

There are very few laws in our country with regards to motorcycles. Bikes here are the aggressive ones on the road. That's why lots of bikers die because of accidents due to speeding, drunk riding, etc. Here, you don't need and training to get a motorcycle license. You can buy any bike, have it modified (for speed), get a license, go racing... and die!
Bikers here are the assholes on the road! lol!

Hahaha! only in the Philippines!!! Another stupid law (but nice)...If a car and motorcycle gets involved in an accident, whatever the reason, motorcycle wins! because he's the underdog!

Yup! 7,107 islands. I think you have to leave your scoot there  ;D and buy a modified Dio or Jog here for $80-$90. Used Japanese (garbage) Dios and Jogs were once dumped here in container vans and sold at a very cheap price by "importers". Just stay away from customs officials. ;)
