Welcome FierZer, yeah they changed to rear end oil at about 1000 miles. Not sure what the rear annoy is. I hope it is the rear tire because I see a lot of that on the forum here. I must not ride as aggressive as some people so my tires may last longer. So far I really like the X500. Still have not put in the Dr Pulley sliders, that's still on my list to do.
