Indicated is not what you are traveling at.  The speedo is about 7mph off when you start hitting higher speeds.  60 is about 54.  50 is about 46-47.

I drafted a huge empty dump truck pulling a trailer.  He slowly accelerated, perfect for drafting..... hit an indicated 77, I would imagine about 70mph.

I hit a local hwy yesterday drafting and tucking at an indicated 70, about 62-63mph.  I tuck with one arm on the handlebar...on the throttle.  It gets pretty sketchy when going 65+ on the Agility.

I'm running the NCY trans kit with a Malossi kevlar belt and some sliders....

We're well aware of that, as mentioned in post no #2 of the thread.

Then You would LOVE a 50cc! Tucking is just getting ready to hit Fate head on!

LMAO!! true that. if anything i like it when the agility is traveling at higher speeds...feels more...sharp and very responsive.

All jokes aside... They do come into their own over 50mph. Like those tiny slot cars that do a zillion scale MPH on the 4 foot circle track on the floor.

I'd like to get my speedometer to read more accurately. It is one thing to have the kmph numbers on the speedo to be larger than the mph, but when you also have to calculate that the speedo runs about 14% fast (from an article I read), that can puzzle the mind. It sounds like Zombie proposed a good suggesting earlier in this thread. I am curious what tires you are running, Zombie. Did you put a true front tire 130/70 on the front, or is it a back-tire 130/70? Would also putting a 120/80 tire on the front also help the speedo to read more accurately? And would perhaps using a 130/80 make it read even closer to true?

I have the same 130x70x12 front, and rear. I guess if you take the percentage of rolling distance over a mile vs the smaller tire you could nail the exact amount of difference. I just let the numbers fly, and ride.
The true way to fiz these is to have the speedo calibrated at any auto speedo shop. These are specialty shops because of the liability in changing the ODO. It can be done in minutes if you remove the speedo assembly and bring it in.
Model Electronics in Nanuette NY is one such shop. I worked there going thru school
