..remember, i already tried that setup once...wasnt working then, due to too much oi.l......i think...

Gotta be... I have the pipe on and i think its a tad rich but the open filter killed it..

It will run cooler with the airbox too. I really hate the tone of the next pipe on mine. Like a constant fire cracker sound.

..especially at 8500 rpms...lol..

..but she sure did scream nicely at 9800..that was during mi pipe experiment..

..top end was awesome, but i hadn't modded the needle then, and i was injecting waay too much oil..

..my problem was clean idle and sputtering at initial take-off...after she got up and running, she was awesome!!

Can you measure your needle length, and top diameter? Treatland has an awesome deal on needles for the OKO's that may work in your carb. I will measure one to compare.

..but i aint tearing that carb down to do so..lol..

..she running too well to fuk wit right now....

..729-17.5-28 gates..37.45mm boss...5.7gram sliders...jumping to 7900 at takeoff, and holding there till she rolls into 50+mph...

..best i've had this cvt set up in its powerband yet....

..the bando produced @8100_8200 throughout...i could feel the torque loss as she passed 8000..

...it was hard to find a combo that settled at 7900...

I have that NOW..  ::)

I went and re-tested mine.. The 5.7 rollers fall out w/my set-up. 5.1 seems to be the sh** but at TOP, she seems to revvy?...could be wrong but just seems... 5.25- 5.5g??

Shhhhhit, that's ALL the time.. did hit 10,5-11 i know the other day....indicated anyway

I'd swap out the weights inside the rollers. I have a ton of cores from all weights. You can even drill some out of your 5.7's. You could add epoxy inside the light ones too. That's easier to drill back out too.

Oh    For the bog... Try a fatter needle. It sounds like it'll run thru at rpm's but is too rich at lower... Fatter needle
