kymco zx50 super fever 65cc big bore kit...now no fire to coil.

i just put a 65cc kit on my kymco zx50 i changed the piston wrist pin jug and the crank bearings the crankshaft didn't have to be changed or the exhaust pipe? also i put in a new jet and workin on gettin the air filter but it runs bad.... like nOt good at all when you gas it it dies. it wont idle it'll run maybe 10 secs then cut off... i dont get it everythings brand new.

as for the jets i've changed the main one. when i ordered the jets the man specially made them 4 the modifications i have done..idk if he's right about the size or what.....he also sent washers and i have no idea where they go..

today we were messing with it and all of a sudden it wont fire...it ran for about 5 mins cut if off and no fire at all checked the coil...none to the coil.

i dont know where or what the stator looks like and im pretty sure i found the cdi box...is there anyway you can test either one before you go and buy them?

i dont know what could be causing this ive put so much money in it im bout ready to throw it in the river and forget about it. kymcos are supposed to b one of the best scooters and its just not running right at all!!

oh yeah when you chang the jet do you have to change how much oil it gets? if so how??

I'll get my tanks (SCUBA) filled. In the general section the is a thread titled Links to Manuals. The zx is in there, and the stator specs as well. This is an AC fired stator so a test light wont pick up voltage. You need a Multi meter to test. Check the spark plug cap (it screws onto the wire). Also go thru the basics. NEW plug/fuel/filters/compression. If there is any flaw or defect in the new kit you may have broken a ring or worse. End gapping the rings is paramount.
Others will chime in once you get the basics checked. Welcome aboard!

Forgot... The amount/type of oil depends on the kit. A rule of thumb is any increase in cc's... ditch the pump, and run premix

well i found a stator around here aparently zx parts are very hard to find (man @ scoot shop said)
but they're all over ebay.....

NOT only do the mechanics around here not know what they're talking about, but I REFUSE to take my scoot to a shop they clearly dk what they're doing or they would give you your bike back running right...instead they give it back running like sh**....
HELL NO!! NO SCOOTER MECHANiC 4 ME. at least if I f*** it up i know what i did and can fix it! LOL

oh quick question does anyone know where i can get they front body clip for this bike...i cant find one anywhere and mine is cracked...

Unless of course you went to the sh** shops on Haywood rd...(1 recently moved 35 miles away)(i think to be able to get new customers that haven't been fkd over.)

Yeah the ZX is a beast all by itself. Alot of parts will interchange but not a stator...
Are you SURE the stators you seen are for a ZX??? Those don't show up very often.
As far as the front nose cone, You'll more than likely have to order from Kymco..I never found one and had to order new from Kymco myself..($90?)

hahah yup burnouts and C+J. scooter doctor is okay...but the dude says he doesnt work on kymcos....and westside is tryin to help all hey can mainly cuz i kno one of the workers there...haha but they just said they have some stators down there and i kno a while back they had a zx 4 parts but its mostly parted out so he's checkin to see if he's got that..

and i looked on the kymco site i cant even find the front piece there!

yeah the kit i put on it and alot of parts i have for it is honda dio and they all work.
the stator goin out f***ed me baddddd.
