I feel ya there girl.. MEEEEE toooo. ;)  (cept i'm a guy  :D ;))
That's why YOU should do it to save the labor cost. That was the 1st reason i had for wanting to mod mine..
I'd try rollers before i went and spent $100+. My S9 was running the OEM bell, belt and var and she did 62. Springs and rollers in the cvt...(yeah, she was kitted as well)

I agree, don't order a performance variator yet

This is what I used to tune my variator:
http://www.scooterworks.com/Prima-Roller-Weight-Tuning-Kit-3g-to-14g-16x13-P10348C516.aspx

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SET-of-3-RACE-TORQUE-SPRINGS-for-KYMCO-Bet-Win-ZX-50-/270876395758?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f117dc8ee

Scooter works also has clutch springs and they are cheap. About 6 bucks a set I think.

You may be able to find the tuning kit a little cheaper somewhere else. Another thing, the rollers in the tuning kit don't last very long but are great to find the right weight.

Your cvt isn't right on the money..
Stiffer springs will not make you go faster...
Yes a stiffer spring will hold THAT "gear longer" and help with the hills IF THE ROLLERS ARE IN GOOD BALANCE WITH THE SPRING
What weight rollers do you have in it now?
With a 1500 spring, you may need the oem 8.5..(i ran 7-7.5 with a 1000)

Are your rpms the same as before? Higher? Lower?

The Yellow Malossi is very little more than OEM in tension. Try the 7 gram rollers, or 8gr Dr. pulley sliders. Either one will add some rpms to MAKE the spring work. Since you are that close I would buy either Malossi or dr pulley rollers, or the sliders. CHEAP rollers are good for tuning ONLY, and will not last. This one last set will get you up hills with ease.

I'am going to put the yellow spring maybe on wednesday and if my 8 gram rollers don't work well with it i will put 7 gram rollers but won't that reduce the top speed?

I thought you put the spring in already. Do the spring first. It will change EVERYTHING.
