Not in bad shape but was curious if anyone knew where to get a cheap replacement?
this is the front piece covering the front wheel.
Thanks!

Stadium Yamaha for OEM parts. Or try a local body shop. If you remove it they may do it for less than a replacement. Should take a day to fix, and return.

I had a similar problem with a people 50. Removing the fender requires removing the forks, from what I could tell.
If it's 2009-2011, here's the parts picture.

According to this it's part # 61100.
$61 as far as I can tell. Removing may be a bit of work though.
2002-2008 may be a bit different, not two tone.

When I weighed the options, I decided to buy a $6 bottle of JB Weld at Home Depot and stop the cracks from spreading. I hope this helps.

You can fill the outside cracks with Crazy Glue as well. It works great as a filler for tiny voids, and you can plane off any excess with a razor.
