Fuel filter

Where is the fuel filter located? Do you need to remove any side/plastic pannels to get to it? :-*

It's under the left floorboard, behind the fill for the coolant tank.  It's right where the floorboard curves back in as 45 degrees.  I think you need to remove the floorboard to get to it.
