files too big

does anyone know how to shrink the file size to be able to post them. when i take a pic with my iphone then upload to my computer the sizes range from 1.5 to 2MB.  and the size limit is 192kb. anyone have any info?

I suck at "stupid phones" but there are Re Sizing apps. available. Or go to an on line re sizer. Small picts will post 4 at a time, and Medium will post 2-3

..i use a little program called "Irfanview" to make quick pic edits...

..when you save your files after resampling, you can adjust the percentage of pixels the .jpg loses...

..makes fitting decent looking pics here pretty easy...

I'm using "photobucket" and have the size set.... :D ;)
