If you mean the redish color... That's Ethanol my friend. It burns hotter giving that red ash from the oil. Non eth will just be brown/black

I didn't click the picts. Now I see it.
If you cut down by 10% on the oil you may get a better result. That goo will clog up the rings.

Red color looks like from the MMT additive in the gasoline that they used in place of Tetraethyl Lead. But I know it's already banned in the US and Canada but not in Australia. I don't know if some U.S. refineries still use this.

MMT is a much better additive (oxygenater) but is apparently too expensive for us peasants in the US. Eth make red ash as well. It is not the Eth. but actually the superheated soot from the 2t oil. The Eth. releases Oxygen that increases combustion temp, and super heats the soot. Full Synth 2t oils do not have this issue, as they leave no soot to burn.

For plug chops, I learned the rope by reading and following Roost's article:
http://www.roost.si/tech/How%20to%20properly%20read%20the%20carburettor%20jetting.pdf

Didn't know if you've already seen it or not, so figured I'd post it up there.

Going by Roost (good thing) slinger is showing proper heat range/too much oil? or oil not burning? Too rich?
I think it's the oil itself. Too much/not "clean burning". The A.F. ratio looks spot on.  Just my opinion...

Try a bottle of Spectro. You may be surprised.

50 mile plug, I assume at WOT?  Looks good to me.  Nice and safe.  Does everything seem to drive fine?

Did you zoom the picts. J.? There is a lot of "varnish" looking stuff near the mix ring. That is the stuff I'm referring too. The af mix, and the temp look great.
