You have to know the base flow rate to compare. You also have static pressure testing but again you need a base to compare.
Run the inlet side of the pump into a 5 gallon pail, and the outlet into the same pail. At cruise rpm take the outlet hose , and put it in a quart bottle. Time it till full. That will give the gph of the pump. For pressure it is the same as a home inspector uses. A pressure gauge mounted to the outlet side rated at cruise rpm.
Perhaps someone will compare to give you the base line #'s.
I mentioned using a Quart bottle. That is to keep from melting the jug by filling a gallon.
