whats this spare rubber seal thing under my seat for?

thats just to hold spare tool in. when you got your scoot there should of been a samml plastic bag of tools.

I remember i took a sudden interest in gardening, particularly indoor potted plants, when i was about 18-19 and staying at my mums. Never grown a plant in my life then 2 pots appeared in my roof with small green shoots sticking out.

"Whats that for?"
