Size is 80/80-16, which is the front tire size...see photos below for reference.  This is the front tire that comes stock on a Kymco People 50/150.  $40, plus shipping.  If you live in the Piedmont-Triad area of N.C., you could just come pick-it-up and avoid shipping.
