Agility 125 Exhaust Bolts Coming Loose
« on: January 05, 2008, 05:24:16 AM »
I found a blog post from a guy who owns an Agility 125.  Looks like his exhaust bolts came loose and fell out on a 300 mile trip.  Lots of WOT during the trip though.  He said he likes the scooter overall...

Anyway, might want to check those bolts!

I managed to lose the bolts on the end of the muffler and also melt part of it. I don't think it likes WOT for very long.

Loctite baby!

I nearly lost an airbox mouting screw. It fell out and I heard it hit the ground. I picked it up, put on some blue loctite, and put it back in. Removed the other bolt and did the same.

I checked the muffler mount screws and they were tight, so I left them alone.

Heh -- yep, that was my Agility 125. Until Saturday night.  :)  Sold!

Now, it just me, the Vino and the shiny, happy People.
